Weight Loss Week1

So Kelly and I weigh in on Sunday mornings.

First Week's Results:
Kelly: -3.5 pounds!!!!!
Whitney: -11.8 pounds!!!

I am super proud of us for losing weight this week. We both worked really hard at kicking our old eating habits to the curb. We have been keeping a food journal of everything we eat and how many calories we are taking in. I find it made last week easier because when I would crave a candy bar, I wouldn't want to admit I ate it and didn't want to write it down, so I would just not eat it.
I did have some Jujyfruits and Pringles last night at the movies, but I still had 600 calories left for the day, and I went on a mile walk with Tali so I figured I could eat them. I got a small tube of Pringles and only ate half and only about 1/4 of the Jujyfruits. I was so happy I stopped eating them. Self control is not something I normally have, so it made me proud that I stopped.

Good for you! Make him pay up! (Not that I want you to loose weight because I think You are beautiful and sexy just as you are!)But I like to see KJ loosing to a girl :)

That is so awesome!! self control and "stopping" is something I have a problem with, too. Unfortunately for me, i have been giving in far too many times this week. keep up the good work!!
